Brigadier Tamilselvan? His death has given a chance for politicians without issues to project themselves as champians of Tamils cause?.
Brigadiers or Field Marshals are available in plenty for the LTTE. As these military ranks are bestowed on te members of the movement as and whenever thier leader wish.
I tried to put some sort of sense to the sensles military decorations bestowed by every group leader to thier members by writing a book in Tamil explaining the basic military skill requirements to earn the prestigious rank.
Simply putting on the uniform does not credit the wearer with the hirachy of the military organisation.
No soldier mourns death.
Psudo soldiers do.
